Lord Giver of Every Good Gift,
In a world that constantly pushes me to
want more, I choose to cultivate a heart of
gratitude and contentment. I thank You
for the countless blessings You have
bestowed upon me, both big and small.
Teach me to be content in every situation,
knowing that you are my provider and
that your grace is sufficient for me. Thank you for the strength that I can keep my eyes fixed on you, rather
than the things of this world, and to find joy in the simple and the everyday. Thank you for the holy ghost that councils my heart to overflow with thanksgiving, and to keep me mindful of your goodness and faithfulness.
