Five Pounds of God’s Word

God’s Word gives us the truth and guidance we need for our lives. In Revelation 17–22, we see a warning about the dangers of materialism, greed, pride, and taking advantage of others.

When God says, “Come out of her, my people” (Revelation 18:4), He calls us to leave harmful influences and turn back to Him.

Revelation 19 shows Jesus as the true King and the Word of God. His truth exposes evil and brings judgment and justice.

Revelation 20 reminds us that evil, death, and suffering will not last forever. God will ultimately defeat them.

Revelation 21–22 gives us hope. God promises a new creation, the river and tree of life, healing for the nations, and an end to suffering and death.

God’s Word is like a heavy book: powerful, meaningful, and full of truth. But we must do more than carry a Bible or leave it on a shelf. We must read it, believe it, and let it guide our daily choices.

Build your life on God’s Word every day. Let His truth strengthen, cleanse, and guide you.

Jesus promises, “Surely I am coming soon.”
